Delicious breakfast delight
Waking up to the aroma of freshly cooked local produce was a treat! Huw’s breakfast had everything from wonderful sausages to delightful yogurts, perfectly complimenting the cozy atmosphere.
The thin walls made us slightly aware of our neighbors' conversations until late evening, but thankfully, sleep came easy after that.

The breakfast was exceptional, with my partner raving about the bacon and sausage! I also found that the host was super engaging, sharing local dining gems like Raj Balti and Ashoka Indian restaurant just a quick stroll away. Gluten-free options added even more flair to our culinary adventure!
The size of the room was quite cramped for our stay, and the bed was a bit squeaky, with coils peeking through. We ended up using a mattress topper to make it more comfy, but overall the experience shined despite these quirks.

The bed was uncomfortably stiff, which made sleep a challenge. the room lacked a longer mirror or dressing area, which made getting ready feel rushed. Sharing a bathroom might not be enjoyable for everyone, especially with the morning rush. some aspects could use a little attention.

Rooms lack ample space for an extended stay!!! Bed quality leaves much to be desired, with coils peeking through the mattress. More bathroom facilities needed during peak hours!!!

Super comfy stay!
Loved our time here! The place was clean, and the beds were super comfy. Owners were really chill, and it was nice having wifi for the kids. We also appreciated the dog-friendly vibe. Only bummer was the shared bathroom could get a bit crowded in the morning. Snacks were available too, which was a nice surprise!

Just a good pick for a brief pit stop in Bridgend with good value considering price it charged. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. Bring your own toiletries as these are not provided, and make sure to check the mattress before settling in.
